We had a long wait at the fetal medicine office. Mia’s naptime is at 2 and they didn’t even get us in the room til quarter to 3. She was a little pill by the time we started the ultrasound. The tech asked us three times if this was our first ultrasound as she swept the thingy around my jellied belly. Yes, yes, yes. “Well, here’s the head of the first baby…” We both heard her, but didn’t say anything. “and here’s the other one.” Zach said “You mean there’re two?” Yep. We both put our hands over our mouths and said “OOOhhh my goooosh!!!” I started laughing and crying at the same time. Well, more crying, really. Mia started crying and babbling like she does whenever I cry. I had to fake a happy voice and tell her I was happy, so she'd quit freaking out. Right now I'm giddy. Zach is worried, but he’s cracking jokes about naming them Unis and Iris, so we can call our girls Me, You, and I for short.
So I'm blogging now. 'Cause I have a feeling this is going to be a year to remember. The year I had three kids under two.

Love it. ;)
What a cute story.
(Thanks for stopping by my blog. You're so sweet. :) To be honest, my husband has been begging me to keep blogging ever since I quit. I think I'm about ready to acquiesce..... I just have this insatiable need to WRITE.)
